Payment for the order can be made:
- by credit card on the Paypal server
- with Paypal account
- by advance bank transfer
Those who need an invoice must request it at the time of the order by entering the VAT number in the appropriate section and writing to info@limhealtstore.comt
Delivery
Limhealth carries out shipments in Italy and Germany, to the addresses indicated by the Customers at the time of the order.
The goods travel at the risk of Limhealth: therefore if the goods are lost by the courier and are not delivered, we will arrange for a new free shipment.
If the products are received damaged or if there are missing products, we will provide for a totally free replenishment, provided that the lack of certain items or the damage is indicated on the courier’s delivery note and made to be countersigned by the driver.
Please inform us by email in case of non-arrival or damaged goods, as we may not be aware of it.
Delivery costs
A shipping fee is charged on the order which is automatically calculated in the cart and which you can check before giving the final confirmation.
This contribution varies according to the amount of the order and the country of destination.
In the case of shipments outside Italy, they also depend on the total weight of the goods shipped.
Withdrawal of the products in the event of the customer’s absence In the event of the recipient’s absence during the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice of passage at the delivery address indicated by the Customer.
The Products must be collected at the address and in the manner indicated by the carrier.
In case of failure to collect within the deadline established by the carrier, the Products will be returned to Limhealth, which reserves the right to refund the price of the Products, leaving the shipping costs to be paid by the Customer.
In the event of an error inherent in the Product, the Customer undertakes to return said Product or the affected Products to Limhealth within 7 (seven) days of receipt, provided that they are returned with the unopened package, in their original state and packaging with the documents of accompaniment.

Once the Product has been received in the correct form and manner, Limhealth will return, at its own expense, the Product initially ordered, at the same time reimbursing the costs incurred by the customer for the return.
Cancellation of orders
The customer can proceed with the cancellation by writing to info@limhealtstore.com
If the order has already been shipped, we reserve the right to request a refund of the transport cost.
Any payment already sent will be refunded by us, net of the transport cost refund if applicable, once the goods have been returned with the package closed, in their original condition and packaging with the accompanying documents.
Unavailability of products
If any product ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will promptly inform the customer agreeing on the delivery methods of what is available.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No. 206 and subsequent amendments, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract and proceed with the return of the goods within 10 days of receipt, giving notice to Limhealth, Via Milano, 8 20816 Ceriano Laghetto (MB) Italy or by writing to info@limhealthstore.com
It will be our care to refund the amount paid within 10 days of the return of the goods.
All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by Customer Service (info@limhealtstore.com).

Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted.
Once the Products have been received (and their integrity has been verified) Limhealth will, in the shortest possible time, credit the Customer with the cost of the returned Products (as indicated on the invoice) and the shipping costs.
The cost of delivering the goods to Limhealth will be borne by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous paragraph cannot be exercised by the Customer in the event that the Products purchased consist of bottles of oil that have been opened by the Customer himself or if the items being sold had been ordered and produced expressly on the order of the customer.
In the event of damage to the goods during the transport of the returned goods, Limhealth will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the Product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.
Limhealth is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
During the aforementioned withdrawal period, the Customer is responsible for the object as a custody.
In case of damage or destruction of the Product while in the custody of the Customer, the right of withdrawal will lapse.

Regardless of what is specified in the “Right of Withdrawal” point, we want our customers to be totally satisfied with our products and it will therefore be our commitment to try to solve any problem that occurs.
Protection of minors
Minors under the age of 18 are not authorized, unless under the supervision of an adult family member, to place orders via the online order form.

Limhealth cannot in any way be held responsible for any damages of any kind suffered by the Customer in the event of unauthorized access to the Site, or theft, destruction and/or unauthorized communication of the Customer’s data and/or login credentials, caused by unauthorized access by third parties to the area reserved for them.
